Customer Guide — How to Use Worshati Kuwait
This guide is for car owners. It explains how to register and how to request any service, step by step.
Website: worshati.com — Cost to you: zero. The platform is completely free for customers.
First: create your account
Registration takes under a minute:
- Open worshati.com and tap "Create account".
- Choose the "Customer" tab.
- Enter your name, phone number (Kuwaiti), email address, and a password (6 characters minimum).
- Accept the terms and conditions.
- Tap "Create account" — your account is ready immediately, no approval wait.
Why is email required? It is how you recover your password if you forget it, and how important alerts reach you. It will never be used for advertising.
Important tip: after registering, add the site to your phone's home screen (from your browser menu: "Add to Home Screen"). It will run as a full app, and offer notifications will reach you even when the app is closed.
Forgot your password? Tap "Forgot password" on the login page and a reset link will be emailed to you.
Can I browse without registering?
Yes. You can browse the workshop directory, parts shops, the cars marketplace and promotions — all without an account.
And even if you start writing a request while signed out: your request is saved. You will be asked to register when you send it, and once registered you will find your request waiting exactly as you left it — no retyping.
Service one: request a repair or service
When to use it
Your car has a problem and you want to know the price before committing to a particular workshop. Or you want routine maintenance at the best price.
The steps
Tap "Request a service" on the home page. The wizard has three steps:
Step 1 — The car Choose the make, model and year. (Plate number is optional.)
Step 2 — The problem Choose the service type from the list: mechanics, electrical, bodywork and paint, A/C, tyres, oil change, detailing and washing, window tinting, car protection, upholstery, general maintenance, transmission, brakes, suspension, computer diagnostics, locksmith and keys, auto glass, electronics, mobile mechanic, mobile carwash, battery service.
Pick the right speciality — your request goes specifically to the workshops that work in it.
Step 3 — The details
- Describe the problem in your own words: "there's a knocking sound from the gearbox when changing gears" is far better than "a fault". The more precise your description, the more accurate the prices you get.
- Attach photos if you can — they help the workshop quote correctly the first time.
- Choose your governorate.
- Urgency: normal · urgent · emergency. Choose honestly — "emergency" alerts workshops for a fast response.
- Preferred time (optional): "tomorrow morning" or "Saturday afternoon" — helps the workshop book you in.
Tap Send.
What happens next?
Your request goes immediately to workshops specialising in your problem. The app tells you how many providers received it.
Within minutes or hours, offers start arriving. You get a notification with each new offer.
And if no specialist is available at that moment — we tell you honestly and will not leave you waiting for nothing. Your request stays open for 72 hours, and our team is alerted to try to arrange something for you.
Comparing offers and choosing
Open your request from "My requests". Offers are listed, each showing:
- The workshop's name and rating from previous customers.
- The proposed price.
- The expected duration.
- The workshop's notes.
Tap a workshop's name to see its full profile: specialities, brands it handles, address, and customer reviews and comments.
You are not obliged to pick the cheapest. Sometimes a slightly more expensive workshop with a 4.8 rating is worth more than the lowest offer.
When you decide, tap "Accept offer".
Can I edit my request after sending it?
Yes. As long as the request is still open (you have not accepted an offer), open it and tap "Edit request". You can change the description, the urgency, and the preferred time.
Everyone who has already sent you an offer is notified of the change so they can review their price — no misunderstandings.
After accepting an offer
- Track the status live: pending → confirmed → in progress → completed.
- Message the workshop directly in the app, or call it.
- See the workshop's location on the map, with a "Directions" button that opens Google Maps.
If extra faults appear during the work: the workshop can request a price change stating the reason — and nothing changes without your approval. You will never be surprised by a bill larger than what you agreed.
When the work is done
Rate the workshop — stars and a comment. Your rating helps every customer after you and rewards good work. The workshop can reply to your review.
Service two: request a tow truck
When to use it
Your car has broken down, you had an accident, or you need it moved from one place to another.
The steps
Tap "Request a tow":
- Your current location — tap the locate button and the app captures it precisely (or set it on the map).
- Your car details — make, model, and vehicle type.
- Where do you want the car taken? — the destination address.
- Describe the problem (optional) — "won't start", "accident", "flat tyre".
Tap send.
What happens next?
The request goes to the nearest tow trucks that are available and online at that moment — never to a busy or offline driver.
You are notified when a driver accepts, then:
- Track him on the map as he approaches.
- See the estimated arrival time.
- Message or call him directly.
Statuses: on the way → arrived at your location → completed.
Service three: request a spare part or accessory
When to use it
You need a part and would rather not drive around the shops, or you want to compare original against commercial against scrap.
The steps
Tap "Request a part". Three steps:
Step 1 — The part
- Choose: spare part or accessory.
- Type the part name, or pick from the quick list of common parts (battery, tyres, filter, spark plugs...).
- Specify what you want: original (dealer) · commercial (aftermarket) · scrap (used) · or "compare all" to receive every option and decide yourself.
Step 2 — The car Make and model (required for parts, optional for accessories). Your request is routed automatically to shops specialising in your car's origin (Japanese, American, European, Korean, Chinese).
Step 3 — Photos and details
- Photograph the old part — the best way for a shop to identify exactly what you need.
- Photo of the car registration book (optional) — helps pinpoint the part. You may cover your personal details before photographing.
- Chassis number or OEM part number (both optional) — give maximum accuracy.
The offers you receive
Each shop sends:
- The price.
- The condition it can actually supply: original, commercial, or scrap.
- Warranty, if any.
- Availability (in stock now, or needs time).
- A photo of the actual part it has — especially important for used parts.
- Delivery method: pickup from the shop, delivery, or both — with the delivery fee.
- The shop's return policy — read it before buying.
Compare, choose, and track the order until you receive it. The delivery fee appears clearly itemised on the invoice — no hidden amounts.
Service four: the cars marketplace
To buy or rent
Open "Cars marketplace" and browse. Filter by make, model, year, price and governorate. There is smart Arabic search too — type "Camry 2020" and it understands you.
The seller type is shown: individual, dealership, or rental company (companies are verified against a commercial licence).
Found a car you like? Tap "Message seller" and talk inside the app — no need to give out your number before you are comfortable.
To sell your car — free forever
- Tap "List your car — free".
- Enter the details: make, model, year, mileage, condition, price.
- Attach clear photos (more good photos means far more interest).
- Publish — your listing appears immediately, no approval wait.
Full control over your listing: edit it, update the price, mark it "Sold", or delete it — any time from "My listings".
Messages from interested buyers appear in "Chats".
Listings are free forever for individuals — that is a standing promise, not a temporary offer.
Extra features that help you
Instant notifications — alerts the moment a new offer arrives or your request status changes, even with the app closed. Allow notifications when the app asks.
Referral programme — you have a personal referral code on the "Referrals" page. Share it with friends and earn points on each of their first completed orders.
Favourites — save workshops you liked for quick access.
Workshop and shop directory — browse workshops, tow services and parts shops directly, with their ratings and specialities, without sending a request.
Promotions — a dedicated section for workshop offers (discounts, service packages).
Four languages — Arabic, English, Hindi, Urdu. Change it in settings, and even notifications arrive in your language.
Support — a problem or complaint? Use the "Contact us" page or support WhatsApp. If a dispute arises with a provider, there is a dispute system our team steps into.
