Tow Truck Guide — Getting the Most from Worshati Kuwait

This guide is for independent tow truck drivers and towing companies in Kuwait.

Two types of account

At registration you choose:

Independent driver — you own one or more trucks and work yourself. Requests come to you directly.

Fleet company — you have several drivers. Your account is a manager account: requests do not come to you personally. You add your drivers, and each receives the jobs near his own location. You run the whole fleet from one dashboard.

Registration — step by step

1. Open worshati.com and tap "Create account".
2. Choose the "Tow" tab.
3. Select the type: independent driver or fleet company.
4. Fill in:

• Your name, phone, email, and a password (6 characters minimum).
• Business name as customers will see it.
• Governorate and address.
• Number of trucks you have.
• Extra contact numbers (optional).

1. Accept the provider agreement and register.

Our team reviews and activates your account, and you receive an "Account activated" notification.

The two most important steps after activation

1. Enable notifications and add the app to your screen

Opening the site on your phone, choose "Add to Home Screen" from the browser menu. It will run as a full app, and jobs will reach you with sound and vibration even when the app is closed.

This is not a detail — this is the difference between getting the job and someone else getting it.

2. Set yourself "online" while you are available

Your dashboard has an online / offline switch:

• Online = ready to receive jobs, and your location updates automatically.
• Offline = no jobs reach you.

Set it online whenever you are available, and offline at the end of your shift or while busy with a job.

The system automatically excludes drivers who are busy — you will not get a new request while on a job.

How jobs arrive and how you run them

The request arrives

You get a notification with sound and vibration — because a driver is usually on the road and not staring at his phone.

The request contains:

• The customer's location on the map and the distance from you.
• The destination.
• Vehicle type.
• Problem description (breakdown, accident, flat tyre...).

Accepting and executing

Tap accept, then update the status as you go:

• On the way → the customer is notified "your tow truck is on the way" and starts tracking you on the map.
• Arrived → "the tow truck has reached your location".
• Completed → the job closes and moves to review.

Your location shows to the customer live while you travel — a feature that saves you the "where are you?" calls.

You can message or call the customer from inside the app.

After completion

The customer rates you with stars and a comment, and you can reply to the review. Ratings are visible to everyone searching for a tow truck in Kuwait.

If you are a fleet company

The "Fleet" dashboard runs everything:

Adding a driver:

1. Tap "Add driver" and enter his name and number.
2. An account is created and he receives an activation link (you can send it to him by WhatsApp from the same screen).
3. He activates his account and starts receiving jobs near him.

Managing drivers: see who is online and who is busy, suspend a driver temporarily, or remove him.

Ratings are unified under the company name — the company's reputation is built from every driver's performance.

Note: your manager account does not receive jobs — jobs go to drivers based on their proximity to the customer.

Tips that raise your income

Be online at peak times — early morning, end of the working day, and at night. That is when most breakdowns happen.

Respond fast — the job goes to whoever accepts first among the nearest.

Always update the status — an anxious customer calls repeatedly; regular updates calm them, save you time, and improve your rating.

Go offline while busy — better than accepting a job you cannot reach quickly.

Protect your ratings — a high rating means better visibility and more trust.

Four languages

The platform is fully available in Arabic, English, Hindi and Urdu — including notifications. Choose your language in settings and alerts will arrive in it.

Frequently asked questions

What does the platform cost me? Nothing at present — no subscription, no commission. Any future change will be announced in advance.

Do I get jobs from all over Kuwait? You get jobs near your current location — your registered address does not restrict you. What matters is being online.

Can I decline a job? Yes. Not accepting passes it to someone else.

How do I get paid? Directly from the customer as usual. The platform documents the job and never stands between you and your money.

Will I get a request while busy? No — the system excludes drivers who are busy or offline.

Does live tracking drain my battery? Tracking runs only while executing a job, not all day.
